Can you provide administration for my onshore partnerships as well?
Yes, we administer onshore partnerships. As part of this service, we also provide the relevant information to tax accountants for U.S. tax return preparation.
I want my fund domiciled in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) or the Cayman Islands, can I still use Prime as my administrator?
Yes, we provide administration services for funds domiciled in other offshore jurisdictions and are fully conversant with filing regulations in both BVI and Cayman.
Can you provide Directors?
Yes, we usually provide at least one Bermuda-resident Director for the majority of our offshore funds. Note that it is not a requirement for the Fund Directors to be residents of the same jurisdiction as the fund.
Do you perform anti-money laundering procedures?
Yes, we have established anti-money laundering procedures. These are regularly reviewed and updated to ensure compliance with the current Bermuda, Cayman, BVI and Patriot Act requirements.
Do you provide service to smaller start up funds?
Yes, we understand the challenges that managers face when launching a new fund. We will work with you as your partner throughout the growth of the fund and provide high quality service and attention to detail regardless of size, style or structure of the fund.
