Prime's philosophy and objective is to grow with the fund managers whom we service. In providing long term commitment to our clients, we realize that our associates are our most valuable resource and most effective "marketing tool". A large percentage of our growth comes from existing clients and their referrals.
We encourage and support professional training courses and seminars for all associates. We automate redundant tasks whenever possible so our associates are challenged and satisfied with their roles. As well, we ensure a reasonable workload for our associates which enables them to provide a quality of service and to take pride in their performance. This management approach has been very successful for us and has resulted in minimal turnover - a win/win situation for everyone.
Our general business model is that the associate assigned to a fund is involved in every aspect of the fund. We feel it is easier for the client to have a primary contact who knows the detail of all administrative aspects of the fund. More importantly, our commitment to our clients includes the active involvement of one of Prime's Directors in the day-to-day management of that fund. This ensure that when a client has a question/issue, it can be addressed by a person from senior management who is completely conversant with that client's affairs. Our Board of Directors offers over 50 years of combined experience in the Fund Administration Industry.
